Dem Black Mamas cohost, NeKisha Killings, who is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC, RLC) with several years of experience in breastfeeding counseling and education, gets personal about mental health in the postpartum period and shares tips on how to help a mother going through a mental health crisis after her child is born.
