Into the Multiv3rs3

Maratus is the Psytrance project of Demetris Polycarpou. The name was inspired from the impressive peacock spiders of the genus Maratus, which perform remarkable dancing-like mating displays. 
For many years, he followed psytrance events and festivals as a listener, showing a particular interest on forestic nighttime psychedelic. It was in 2013 when his passion for this music led him to start Djing, as well as organizing events with the local Cyprus team Antimatter Crew. His sets can be described as a fusion between Forest & DarkPsy, characterized mainly by organic, natural sounds, dynamic leads & deep atmospheres. He is currently a label Dj in Anarchic Freakuency Records.
