growing up in the city of new york, i was exposed to a lot of cultures' music. one i was instantly attracted to was the culture of the night life of New York City. The club wasn't ever my scene but the lil underground parties thrown by high schoolers facebook groups (lol) had DJs that had mixes that could make a young nigga dance. Originating in Jersey, traveling through the streets of Philly the double tap beat boomed through the speakers of any function causing the whole room to move. No Party in NY Circa 2013 Was Lit without a double tap breakdown... so lemme get my own lil segment rq...
