Born in Rome, Italian father and English mother, Demi James started DJing while still at school. His love for music led him to enrol at Saint Louis College of Music, where he turned a passion into a profession, graduating as sound engineer. In the meanwhile he works with several of the university’s labels such as Jazz Collection and Urban49. In 2014 he began playing at Circolo Degli Illuminati, sharing the set with pioneers of the underground music scene. Continually crafting a wildly diverse yet stylistically tight sound, DemiJames expands and evolves from techno to tech house, with flows of funk and jazz. His mandate is clear: explore and deliver the tunes that will electrify the dance floor.
