Ullis Tapes is a free range music collective based in Nord-Jæren, Norway.
Celebrating the joy of producing music/sound on its own terms.
Mainly operated by Ulli, but he can only be seen as the (un)responsible driver of this special class field trip bus, with freaks and geeks roaming in the passenger seats.
Among the passenger list is a bunch of unknown local producers such as Tom Ace, Bejjer, Monsol, The Seapony, DJ BS, Euralma 95, Afrahis, RAF, Rolf Einars Datatrips and Trolli to name some. The 12" records are distributed world wide by Rubadub, and pushed locally by Doomdistro. Ullis Tapes also plays rare but frequent live acts with ULFRED, HGA, Sindre Bjerga,Afrahis and Blood Cult. Also occurs as a part of SinCis (Ingrid Frivold+++)
Worth mentioning is also Ullis DJ Residency in the infamous Osten alongside with Svengali and AZ3. An intimate connection with Club NO-NO also frequently take place and can be heard on the floor or on the NO-NO 3 12".
