With every creation I am continually improving my craft, and enjoying my own music more. However, there is a major caveat to being your own biggest fan; and it is that obsessive comparison and reflective analysis will detrimentally inhibit forward progression, or halt the creation of new art altogether, which extends to a complete failure upon the purpose of the artist.
