Ioannis Karapostolis, in art https://soundcloud.com/tenebralcortex, born and raised under the sun in Greece, is now studying in France. He started creating electronic music around 2011 as he needed some drum patterns to accompany his music (at the time he was really into playing the electric guitar), but once he realized what could be made with a DAW he ditched the guitar and fed his creative craving exclusively with it. 

From there on he started working on a darkpsy project called "Sound Curious" where he explored the possibilities of psychedelic sounds, contributing to some compilations and taking part in a few events in Europe. One thing he really enjoyed while making tracks was the weird break-like parts to variate from the 4 on the floor rhythmic, so much actually that at some point he started making whole tracks that escaped the norms of that genre. Around 2017, the need to escape from the normative rhythmic became more evident, and during that period he got in touch with the "https://soundcloud.com/minutelessrecordings" collective, who encouraged him to make more tracks under that abstract guise. 
All this culminated into the creation of "Tenebral Cortex"

What was a crucial sound experience in your life?
Probably meeting Qebrus at his place over a weekend in northern France. Somewhat of a lifechanging event I'll cherish until my memory permits it.

Adrien d'Elzius is a Belgian producer in the business of staying true to himself. 
While growing up, he was introduced to Aphex Twin signature which astounded and convinced him that he had found the kind of music he would 
continue to embrace. Additionally, he drew his influence from the Warp, Rephlex, and Planet Mu labels.Formerly known as hosmOz, the forward-thinking musician entered a creative hiatus to remedy his symptoms of artistic turmoil. He honed his technique by creating melodic acid drill'n'bass sounds, which evolved into a darker sound. After debugging his creative intentions, he dropped his old nickname and the Adrien d'Elzius project was born.
 
2021 marks his debut on Burial Soil Records with an EP including collaborations with two electro masterminds, Umwelt and Lloyd Stellar. He has since been releasing in the good hands of prestigious labels such as Pyramid Transmissions, Arkada, Diffuse Reality, and Colony Productions. His approach to production demonstrates his technical proficiency and meticulous attention to details. 
The producer now combines his knowledge in sound design to create music that flows between Idm, electronica, electro, acid and hip-hop, while bringing back his love for melodies and deep atmosphere.
