We’re back on Sohoradio this evening from 6-8pm. When I say we I actually mean Felix Dickinson & Darius Akashic for a special ‘Slack Takeover’. As you may by now know our latest collection ‘Sensory Overload’ borrows artworks from zines and flyers of the party Slack, celebrating a little-documented but crucial junction of the free party scene.  Slack was a Brighton based party. The clothing, with permission from the artists and promoters the collection, uses motifs and phrases from the party’s paper zines as their primary designs. 

Felix and Darius were 2 of the DJs and promoters behind the party among others so its a great pleasure to welcome then onto the show for a reunion almost 30 years in the waiting.

Double Sound² present the long-awaited 9th part of Find Your Electronic Music mix series from Bucharest based producer – George Florea also known as Lixir. 

This is the first author's mix consisting of his own tracks recorded special for FYEM, including tracks by Lostclassic aka Lixir & Petrutt.

The past year has become a starting point in Lixir’s career. Now he is an artist of Minimmal Movement, Tzinah, Arms Limited, Inwave, Flori de tei, Ukiyo Music and Pulsar record labels. 
 
Having received positive reviews on his music from Barac, Suciu, Crihan, Herodot and Sepp, George has established himself as a talented producer, who is definitely worth paying attention to. 
 
The success of his debut vinyl only EP called Sunshine, released on Dutch label Minimmal Movement in June 2017, confirms this fact. The release includes three original tracks from Lixir and Cosmjn's remix of Cleptoman.
