Real Velour est un producteur et chanteur basé à Birmingham. Si ses racines musicales puisent dans le punk, il a pris un virage Italo Disco, matiné de synth-pop et de cold wave, et crée une musique élégante et addictive, entre nostalgie et modernité. Son dernier single, "Lover", est sorti chez @bordelloaparigi. Chez Radio Fatx, on est fans, et on veut vous le faire découvrir absolument !

Il a conçu pour Radio Fatx un mix éclectique qui traverse quatre décennies de dance music : de l’Italo Disco culte à la new wave, en passant par la House des origines. On y croise aussi des pépites electro underground , des classiques décalés, et cerise sur le gâteau : deux titres signés Real Velour lui-même, dont “Pneuma”, encore inédit ! Un mix aussi hybride que généreux, qui résume parfaitement son univers : élégant, éclectique et toujours taillé pour le dancefloor.

Real Velour is a producer and vocalist based in Birmingham. While his musical roots lie in punk, he has since taken an Italo Disco turn, blending it with hints of synth-pop and cold wave to craft a sound that is both elegant and addictive, balancing nostalgia with modernity. His latest single, “Lover”, has just been released on @bordelloaparigi. At Radio Fatx, we’re huge fans – and we can’t wait to share his music with you!

For Radio Fatx, he’s put together an eclectic mix that spans four decades of dance music: from cult Italo Disco to new wave , right through to the very origins of house. The Darker Side of Disco is a radioshow hosted by Reyk. In the monthly show he will showcase Disco influenced music with a darker twist. It will feature the latest releases and timeless classics from genres like Italo Disco, Indie Dance, Dark Disco, some trance vibes and everything in between.

Heavily influenced by the acid house/rave scene “back in the day” , Rob Murray started his DJ journey with passion and verve, starting his first mixes on cassette tapes for friends but his name is now known as a reliable selector by ravers and fellow DJ’s alike, with performances at Meltdown at Carlton Studios and FUBAR.
With residencies on 4TheMusic, Waves Radio and back playing out live with the Ganghaus collective, he is able to showcase his love for indie dance, acid house, chug and downtempo and his audience is once again growing, as is his reputation.
