After the huge success of ‚Bring You Home‘ on A Tribute To Life, Dennis Sheperd is back with a brand new record called ‚We Are‘, the first single from his upcoming album ‚Fight Your Fears‘. ‚We Are‘ is the collaborative effort between the German Trance producer and US based singer/songwriter Sylvia Tosun.

It has been a very busy year for Dennis Sheperd – with several record releases with influential vocalists, founding his own label, starting his own podcast and finishing production of his second artist album ‚Fight Your Fears‘ set for release early next year.

Sylvia Tosun - a vocalist well known for her big Trance hits ‚An Angels Love‘ (with Alex M.O.R.P.H.), ‚Eye 2 Eye‘ (with Aly & Fila) and ‚There Are No Words‘ (with Andrew Rayel) has worked her magic on the vocals for this record. Starting with a whispery and subtle vocal, she leads into a phenomenal, big sounding chorus that will burn your speakers.

The combination of these two talents has led to ‚We Are‘ – an electro-infused Trance record that lets you fly away during the breakdowns and pulls you back for the drops!

‚We Are‘ is out now on Beatport via A Tribute To Life.

The trance world has been fortunate of late to be treated to a slew of releases from Armin, and this week we have yet another stunning production premiered on ASOT just a few weeks ago. Featuring the glorious topline of Ana Criado 'Suddenly Summer', as the title suggest will teleport you to the golden sands of Ibiza, as it gently warms the soul with delicate vocals, and mind-clearing melodies. The essence of this (as with many Armin tracks) is the core piano arrangement, which could stand up as a classical piece of work in its own right. Watch the eyes close and hands raise in the air as soon as you drop this one. Armin is well and truly back to his best, long may it continue!

There's a tie between Dash Berlin and Emma Hewitt. Sharing a musical connection, the latest collaboration of the Dutch producer and Australian singer turned out to be another masterpiece. 'Like Spinning Plates' lures you right into its maze.

Providing a golden lining to each Dash Berlin track she's lend her voice to, Emma Hewitt has grown from a featuring vocalist to a fully-fledged artist, standing her ground. Earlier this year, she released her long-awaited debut album, 'Burn The Sky Down', to great success. One of the bonus jewels of the long-awaited album, is the hauntingly beautiful 'Like Spinning Plates'. An ode to a classic, made dance floor fit by Dash Berlin and sung by one of the most powerful singers in today's EDM scene. The follow-up to the IDMA winning 'Waiting' and club favourite 'Disarm Yourself' is exactly the reason why their musical bond should stay strong.

For his 'United Destination 2012' compilation, Dash brought his very own interpretation, polishing the diamond of 'Like Spinning Plates' to a shiny uplifting trance gem. Australian producer Marlo Hoogstraten, making name under his MaRLo moniker, sharps the edges, bringing out a techy deep interpretation, while Russia's favourite, Alexander Popov, makes it pound with prog-trance energy.

Dennis Sheperd has thrust himself into the spotlight of the club scene in the past few years, offering prestigious music productions. The 25 year old DJ and Producer from Essen in Germany delights his fans and numerous, well-known artists worldwide, who support him and his music.

In 2007, Dennis established his name in the electronic music scene with ‘A Tribute to Life’, which received support by the best DJs such as Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk and Markus Schulz. This leap towards the forefront of the music scene was followed by his signing to the renowned record label Euphonic Records. Euphonic founders Kyau & Albert called him “Germany’s most promising newcomer in Progressive Trance”, which he proved with several hits in 2009. 

‘Black Sun’ became one of Dennis Sheperd’s most successful single releases. This was followed by ‘tyDi & Dennis Sheperd feat. Marcie – Somehow’ on Armada Music, his first cooperation with Australia’s most popular Trance DJ. Finally, only one month later, Dennis Sheperd and Cold Blue completed the hat-trick with ‘Freefalling’ on High Contrast. With these three releases, Dennis has built a large fan base and was regularly played in clubs and radios all around the globe.
His musical success was rewarded with numerous, international DJ performances on events, festivals and in clubs and with the award “The Best New Artist 2010” of his hometown Essen.

This award encouraged Dennis to push forward his artistic work. The production of his debut album was the next big step in his career. During 2010, he collaborated with well-known singers and songwriters. The result is an excellent album, which will be released on High Contrast, and which will cause a sensation among his fans and the electronic music scene in 2011 and 2012.

Before this will happen, Dennis has more aces up his sleeve, which will shorten the time to wait for the album. Among other things, Dennis made a mix for the upcoming remix album of Gareth Emery, who has already entitled Dennis in 2008 as “hot name to watch for the future”. Additionally, Dennis will perform on the legendary Mayday in Dortmund and show his skills as DJ once more. 

Dennis Sheperd presents himself as talented and outstanding artist, who fills his fans with enthusiasm and gets the support of the biggest DJs and numerous media channels of electronic music for each of his releases. 2011 will lift Dennis’ development as an artist to a new higher lever, not least because of his debut album.
