Steve Angello’s prolific SIZE Records continues its winning streak with this hot new collaboration between fellow Swedish house heavyweight Marcus Schossow, and the in-demand Sydney-born upcomer Dave Winnel - ‘CNTRL’ will be released on the 28th December 2015. A dramatic club-facing track, ‘CNTRL’ opens with accelerating drums and echoing race-car effects before a robotic vocal in the breakdown demands ‘take control’. Crescending synth arpeggios join the vocals, building into a powerful bass-led drop. Bringing a touch of action-film adrenaline to the dancefloor, ‘CNTRL’ is sure to stand out in a set.

Hailing from Helsingborg, Sweden, Marcus Schossow has become a force to be reckoned with in the global dance music scene with an impressive fanbase. Standout releases across the likes of Axtone, SIZE, Big Beat and Spinnin have included high profile collaborations and remixes for the likes of Charli XCX, Coldplay, Icona Pop, Axwell and Lana Del Rey. A hugely in-demand DJ, Marcus played over 100 shows around the world in 2014, and continued this winning streak in 2015 with gigs across Europe and the US, as well as in China, Japan, Thailand and India. 

About Dave Winnel
Since Dave’s big breakthrough in 2013, his signature sound has since then embellished some of the most prestigious and well-respected labels, including Axtone, Big Beat, SIZE and Def Jam. Frequently touted as one of the top remixers in 2015, the Aussie hotshot reeled in support from the likes of Armin van Buuren, Axwell, Kryder, Oliver Heldens, BBC Radio One legend Pete Tong, and many more, all the while his fresh creation and club beast ‘Apache’ was named most played club track in the world for four weeks in a row. Equally talented behind the decks, his skills have also allowed him to perform highly acclaimed sets at Colosseum in Jakarta, Pacha Sydney, Future Music Festival and Stereosonic in Australia.
