I Am so very sorry that i have been so painfully quiet for such a long time .
I Have been making lots of music as usual but have been very uncertain if i actually love it or not ......................
I Present to you the first of 3 podcasts ..........................  basically a live performance using tracks from my new album in a very loose simple way .
The samples i use throughout the mix are taken from a documentary called        " Crack Clouds over Hells Kitchen "   which is a film made in the 80's about the crack problems in Hells Kitchen Park , New York .
