SHADED: I am so psyched this track is finally coming out. Cari and I wrote it in the summer of 2019, and after way too many people telling us the vocals were too X-rated naughty,  Mikey Lion heard it and was DOWN. Desert Hearts is always open to take chances, so I am stoked it is coming out on DH.

Cari Golden: Layback Maybach's concept has been on my mind for years. Powerful women want what they want and aren't afraid to demand it. The song is a little bit of a lot of things, but what it isn't is timid. Teaming up with SHADED was a blast because we've known each other personally for a really long time and watched each other come up. To have such trust in a collaborative process with some relatively incendiary lyrical content speaks to that history. We both knew we had to wait for it to find the right home with a label that wasn't going to change the original idea, and we found that home in Desert Hearts. Though it may be "tongue in cheek", as it were, there's definitely a lesson in this song. Clearly.

After his last release in August with "I Want You", the King of High-Tech-Minimal directly releases another single with two tracks that should be very familiar to many fans. The title track as well as the B-side are long-running favorites at Boris concerts and no set can be imagined without them.
On "Timelapse" vocals were deliberately omitted. The musical elements like the strings and the bassline are in the foreground of this song and become a musical goosebump moment on the dance floor due to the driving beat. The song describes a time capsule with which you can travel through space and time. Detached from everything.
In "Darkness" Boris teams up again with his girlfriend Ginger, who has also contributed some vocals to his musical works in the past.
All in all, this release is a classic dance record and shows all the facets that label boss Boris Brejcha has to offer.
We are looking forward to hear these two songs soon on big stages in Chile, Europe and on many own Boris Brejcha concerts around the globe.

In the MOOD - Episode 462 - International Women's Day 2023

Sisyphos Driving Dreams Chapter 4.  The dream returned again, and it took me some days to realize what happened.
I could not ask for a better release party than this one!  I still get goosebumps when I think about the vibe and all the feedbacks I got for this set.   The Set has a lot of unreleased Tracks of mine and friends in it, so you get a small view of what is waiting for you in the next months. Thanks to all my producers friends for sending me all these unreleased bangers.   Sisyphos is always something else, and I can’t get enough of it. I want to say thank you to anybody who made it to this happening and for the insane vibes we created together.   It’s crazy what happened the last couple of months and to realize that playing regular gigs all around Germany, some international and in the best clubs of the cities is my self-made reality.   Hard constant work pays off and really enjoy the outcome of it. Thanks to everybody for being a part of my journey, to many more of these happenings!  I hope you will have fun with the record.   PS: We also made it to place 27 with Cypher in the Techno Hype Charts
