Hybral‘s powerful track starts with dark aggressive beats and hauntingly ominous atmospheres, evoking feelings of being threatened, and continues with evolving dystopian modular ambiences that sharpen the intensity of the overall alarming timbre. 

The track shakes the listener into a state of disorientation and asks to question ourselves and our position in society. It evokes the power and necessity of movement and destruction as a source of change. By using awry harmonies and noisy chaotic sounds, Hybral expresses how queerness disrupts and reorders norms by not following accepted paths and normative aesthetics.

SEROTONIN CRISIS - KO

My first experience as an singer-songwriters.
I took some vocal lessons, came up with a melody, words, and told my story.
This work reflects my feelings, my state during the crisis and on the way out of it.
The title "Котылу" translates from the Tatar language as "Liberation/Deliverance".

I think that everyone has crises, and it is in our hands to save ourselves, not to forget who we are, and what we are capable of.

UTRO6 - Котылу

A collection of fragmentary productions spanning 2021-2024.
The tracks remain unfinished and unpolished - a conscious decision for imperfection-, reflecting a scattered, chaotic time, preserved as a significant snapshot even though they may never feel “complete.”

Like a curtain drawn over furniture, this EP hides nothing but instead frames and softens the raw, unfiltered state of these pieces. It protects them as they are, imperfect yet meaningful, giving them space to exist. 

Fragments is not a permanent closing chapter but rather a temporary pause in the style of industrial techno. With this fragmentary EP, Hybral is shifting focus to their ambient project Theo Thorin Búr and planning a new EP in collaboration with Fluid as PARALLEL TRANSPORT.
