Little patch to show off the Serge Variable Slope Filter I just finished.
Only using the low pass output. 
Input is provided by two Doepfer A110-1 oscillators. Frequencies modulated with a Wogglebug through an Elby Analog Shift Register (yes I am going all Serge here :D )
Oliverb (Parasites Clouds) on the output, with random changing of the room size courtesy of the Doepfer A149-1
There is a maths involved for the envelopes and a Doepfer A131 vca
 

Serge Variable Slope Filter & Oliverb

Very simple patch to test my new filter:

Random Source Variable Q filter pinged with random pulses from a Doepfer a117 that is in its turn clocked by a Doepfer a147 LFO. Trig in used on the Serge filter. 
Q is modulated by a unipolar positive random voltage source courtesy of the Doepfer a118 & the Pittsburgh VC Bend. 
Filter frequency modulated by the Doepfer A155 sequencer in random mode. Its clock source is the same pulse that pings the filter.
Filter output is send through the Olliverb mode of a Mutable Instruments Clouds running the Parasite software. 

Random Source Serge Variable Q-filter through Olliverb

A quick test I did together with Arne Borgan using both our Clouds modules. His running stock firmware and mine running the Parasites.
Sound source is a single radio music module playing a sample of William Burroughs' voice. This sound source is split to both Clouds. 
The Stock Firmware Clouds is panned hard left, Parasites panned hard right. Stereo spread and reverb are set to zero on both modules. Knobs are set to the same position on BOTH Clouds modules. This way the difference in the Grain mode becomes quite clear...

Simple patch with one SSG, two variable Q filters and the Ncom from Random Source. Also used an Elby ES05 Serge Noise Source and a Doepfer A183-3 amplifier to broaden the random source's output a tiny bit. Reverb from the Valhalla Room plugin-- level of the reverb is a bit off I think.

Korpsmusikk Scrubbing

Got inspired by the concept of the Benjolin. I have been reading about it before but I decided to do a little mock up patch in my system. It is absolutely not the authentic circuit but I think I am on to something that resembles the basic Benjolin behaviour.
This little test was recorded in mono, straight to the computer via an Expert Sleepers ES-8. I added a little reverb from Valhalla Vintage Reverb and did some minor EQ corrections in the sub audio range.

My Little Fake Benjolin

Little improv with the Benjolin that David Børresen built for me. Extra features: Bit X, Y , Z outputs and a dual passive lowpass gate.
Bit X output and Xor out used for stereo panning with the lowpass gates.
Only post-processing is a tiny pinch of reverb with Soundtoys' Little Plate plugin.

Testing the Rossum Morpheus. Just one of the cubes #231 VowelSpace3. Input to the Morpheus comes from 2 pulse generating oscillators, 1 panned left and 1 right. Both are modulated by a respective triangle LFO. The oscillators are patched to respective VCAs both modulated by the same slope generator.

Test with VCV rack with an old time classic feedback patch from the Sonology studios. 
I'm quite happy with how well VCV rack is able to deal with feedback. Besides the Host-FX, all used modules are freely available modules.
