So kraftvoll und anmutig, eine so tiefe und harmonische Stimmung erzeugend, das ich an dieser Stelle den https://soundcloud.com/blogrebellen für ihre Sunday Joint - Mix Sammlung danken möchte. Über eben diese kam ich zu unserem heutigen Mix, den derzeit in Nürnberg lebenden Nico Oakwood aka https://soundcloud.com/oakin. In seinem Seasidetrip rollt der Bass über das Meer und bricht sich der Beat, in der Gicht der Wellen und diese Wellen verlieren sich schlussendlich im seichten Wasser am Strand. 

Offen für das, was es im Universum der Sound - Moleküle noch so gibt, bereist der Seasidetrip immer wieder neue, andere Routen - immer mit der Idee und dem Wunsch verbunden, die Vielfalt wiederzugeben und euch daran teilhaben zu lassen.  So ist auch das ist ein musikalischer Teil des Seasidetrip: dub-ige sounds, (seicht) wobbelnde Bässe und breaks mit beats & klaren vocals. 
Mit einer Sammlung seiner so called all time favorites, lässt Oakin uns an seinen Eindrücken teilhaben, wenn er am Meer ist und stundenlang den Wellen zuschaut. Euer Käpt’n sitzt nunmehr zum vierten Mal neben ihn, lauscht und schaut dabei den Wellen zu. Mit euch, kann es das 5. oder x-te Mal werden - wir laden euch ein, setzt euch zu uns und schaut den Wellen zu und lauscht ihrem Sound.

Things we know about US-born Maurice Fulton. He used to make brilliantly weird house and disco as the Noize Boyz and still does under his own name. He produced weirdly brilliant acid house as Scyclops. He produced weirdly brilliant screamo post-disco with his equally brilliantly weird wife Mu and he now makes sometimes weird, always brilliant music on BubbleTease Communications. He’s also playing at the Queen of Hoxton, London, on NYE, and has done our last, need we add brilliant, podcast of the year packed full of quality disco.
