I've neglected my art
for someone else's 
life enticing anecdotes.

I reflected for days
on being high definition winner
a false illusion
on what is real
wasting precious time i won't get back.

I've neglected my songs
my selection of words
and my melody crafting
capturing invisible objects
turning them into waveforms
giving name to creations
things that make life worth living.

But what if..
no one gives a fuck 'bout songs anymore
i'd feel sorrowed and disillusioned.
Self produced songwriters era at its dawn
is a Godsend or deeply dreadful?

I'm just wasting time i won't get back.

for creativity, quenching it with dithering.
