This is one of my favourite songs by the swedish death metal group Entombed. The song is taken from their second album Clandestine from 1991 and the music is written by Uffe Cederlund and Nicke Andersson.

I have arranged and orchestrated the whole album for both chamber and symphonic orchestra. The chamber version was performed by the Nordic Chamber Orchestra and Entombed in 2013. The symphonic version is gonna be performed in Gävle with the Gävle Symphonic Orchestra and Entombed 1 of February 2014.

Chaos Breed

Produced by Tommy Talamanca at Nadir Music Studios in Genoa (Italy) in January 2023. The song features long-standing members Talamanca (guitars, bass, keyboards & piano) and Trevor (vocals), as well as drummer Romain Gulon (ex-Necrophagist, ex-Benighted), who joined Sadist in 2020.

The band commented: “As Sadist’s debut album ‘Above The Light’ turns 30 this year, we felt like giving a special gift to all the fans of the band out there! We re-recorded one of the most iconic songs from the album, ‘Breathin' cancer’, giving the song a fresh,  brutal and fast new arrangement. For us, a good song is like a good wine, which gets better with age!”
