The challenge from S'mor was:
"first:
take how much you weigh and make that your bpm

Second:
pick your favorite number above 50 but below 150. this will be how much time you have to complete your song. (in minutes)

Third:
lastly, take the two numbers and add them. then divide by 3. thats how many measures your song must be.

so for example. i weigh 157, and my favorite number in that range is 128 (house bpm) which adds up to 285. divide that by 3 and i get 95.
that is le challenge."
