Something New (Original Metal Song)

I really like how this song came out! I almost gave up on this track. I have the main guitar verse and couldn't think of where to to with it. Then I tried some different melody phrasing and the rest of the song pretty much wrote its self! Its by far my biggest song both in tracks and time that I have wrote in a while. Even though its 8+ minuets, I don't feel its too repetitive.

Cold (Original Metal Song)

This is "THE" track, the Holy Grail of songs. For me, there's life before I heard (sic) and than life afterwards. This song had a direct effect of the type of music I listened to and especially me wanting to play guitar literally the moment I heard it. I was blown away. I cant believe its taken me over 16 years to learn this song!

This is something completely new I've never done before. The DAW software I'm using has MIDI capabilities in it so I wrote a midi track to go a long with the guitars. I really dont know how it came it. Each part sounds good, but as a whole composition, I dont know. You let me know what you think.

Synth (Original Metal/MIDI song)

This is Part 1 & 2 of the song I did, Temple Run. Its has a really nice clean intro and Part 2 is soft melodic rhythm. I dont write many of these, but I think this song came really good.

Temple Run Pt. 1&2 (Original Ballad song)

This is my second go at a electronic/metal fusion song. Hopefully it came out alight, I mixed and mastered the entire song on head phones. So far though, I think it came out better than the last one. However, these types of songs probably will never sound all to great from me because electronic music isnt really in my musical rotation. Its fun to play around with though!

Industry (Original Industrial Metal Song by Derrick Billups)

I dedicate this to all my Veteran friends. I tried to make it feel like a you're taking a journey through this song, much like the long journey we all experience in the military. I also tried to convey a sense of nostalgia. Hopefully it works.
