Loot Recordings proudly presents our second release from industry veteran producer and engineer Mike Kiraly.

"One Day In Crazies" is deadly on a proper big room system. Featuring a simple progression and a properly devastating sub-bass line, this track will lure the dance floor in as it slowly builds tension and anticipation. Don't let it's subtlety fool you - "One Day In Crazies" is a killer.

Italian techno talent Stiv Hey turns out a remix that's massive. With a galloping bass line, menacing synth stabs, explosive build ups of percussion and effects in all the right places, this one is a true dance floor bomb that freaks out the key elements of the original with a Stiv Hey twist.

Rounding out the EP is "Break The Entrance Lady", a laid back groover with a hypnotic bass line and downright twisted vocal samples. On display here is Kiraly's trademark sound design which focuses on intricate effects to keep listeners grooving and intrigued throughout the entire track.

With the season well underway, Get Physical is hitting the ground running with the 18th edition of Full Body Workout. If case you’ve been living under a rock the last decade, Full Body Workout aims to shine a spotlight on some of the hottest rising and established talent for their take on where the scene is now, and where it might be headed. So finding tracks by visionaries like Pezzner, NIBC and Nils Hoffman shouldn’t come as a surprise. The compilation opens with a floor-moving tech-house groove from Supernova to set everything into motion. Quickly following is Pezzner with ‘Julie’, a small shift down in energy initially, only to rise to peak time levels over the course of the track. Eagles & Butterflies then shakes down the floor with a percussion driven beauty, ‘Awakening’. Nils Hoffman up next. The young German producer delivers a stunning track full of bass swells and calls it ‘Storms’. Hold out for the elegant piano lines in the break, a brilliant contrast to the dark and heavy bass surrounding it. Now we’ve reached the halfway point, and we don’t want to spoil the surprises to come from the likes of NIBC, Kevin Yost (who’s skillfully pulled of the continuous mix here as well), Savvas Ysatis & Olga Kouklaki, P41, Hawie and Ilona Maras, Sanja feat. The unrelenting force that is Hot Creations often acts as a breeding ground for raw talent. This next release does just that with four ‘Hot Jams’ from upcoming artists Lee Walker, Pete Dorling, Neil Parkes and Greeko.

First up, young producer Lee Walker from Middlesbrough makes his debut on Hot Creations delivering ‘That Little Ditty’, which takes hold with a deeply intoxicating bassline, prominent hi-hats and punchy stabs that build to a frenzied climax. Shooting onto the scene in 2015 with his off-the-cuff edit of DJ Deeon’s ‘Freak Like Me’, which played by the likes of Marco Carola, Dixon and Loco Dice, soon gained over 1 million hits on Youtube and was finally picked up by Defected Records.

Having featured on ‘Hot Summer Jams’ on the label back in 2014, Essex DJ and producer Pete Dorling is back with another killer track. ‘Manyana’ drives with a heavy bassline as tribal vocal cuts are played throughout. Other releases can be seen on the likes of VIVa Music, Resonance Productions and NoFitState.

Also appearing on the same ‘Hot Summer Jams’, Neil Parkes is back on board the label with ‘Peil Narkes.’ A swinging bassline sets the groundwork as layers of moody synths roll out over punchy hats. Since his first release on Metroline Limited, Neil has spread his wings releasing on labels such as MadTech, Leftroom Limited and Underground Audio.

For the 'Nosy Neighbors' EP, he's crafted a bit of everything, left no stone unturned and sculpted four wall-shaking anthems ready to turn a dancefloor into a giddy mess.

We've been really rating the chord-laden, techno-leaning stylings of 'Multiverso' but here we present the title track, a cut that's got the legs to make it all the way to the terraces in Ibiza this summer.

The percussion is quintessential Cuartero and it clatters along with a focused groove before big, thick basslines come bounding in. The build-ups are prolonged to the point of agony but then just picture yourself in Amnesia, 5am and the sun's coming through the windows, when that drop hits and the cannons fire, you'll be in fucking heaven.

John Tejada and Arian Leviste are back on Areal after their much celebrated release “Reactance“.
These guys are working for 25 years together meeting up weekly in the studio to try new things. They say themselves that it is their longest and most special collaboration. They use mainly hardware with an old school mind set that comes more from the early 80s NYC hip hop culture than anything else. Early pioneers misusing gear and making the best of their limitations. Their newest release “Hysteresis“ comes along strongly functional for the club.

‘Techno City’ is the Dijon-born Circoloco resident’s first album in just over two years, and is a noticeably darker and more stripped back offering than the disco-fuelled production of 'When You Feel Me'.

On ‘King Hit’, DJ W!LD – real name Guillaume Duchastel De Montrouge – presents a club track built around an orchestra of snare rolls, emotive pads and rising energy topped with a vocal sample.

NYC staple Anthony Parasole steps up on Dekamntel’s UFO series with a new album titled ‘Infrared Vision’, featuring the piercing techno excursion ‘Momentum’.

With previous releases on The Corner, Ostgut Ton and his own Deconstruct Music imprint, Parasole now takes to Dekmantel with his carefully crafted debut album.

Produced using an unconventional process, he developed the material first in words and concepts, then by using gear on the road during a heavy touring schedule, and finally recorded back at home and at the Butcha Sound Studios in New York.

Daniel Stefanik - Instincts (Original Mix) [Tronic]

Next up on Truesoul we welcome Danny Serrano & Rehmark, who debut on the label with ‘Interlurder State’. Between them the Spanish duo have already released music on Suara, Viva Music, Terminal M and Elevate; It’s quite clear that both of their careers are in the ascendant and we are delighted to showcase their music.

The release kicks off with ‘Second State’, which ramps into top gear from the start, with its groove-heavy beats and intuitive percussive components working in perfect unison. ‘Interlurder’ is more of a low-slung roller with thumping drums and is certainly geared towards the underground heads.  Both tracks highlight the pairs skillful production ability – Expect to hear these tracks a lot more this summer!

Born and raised by the spirit and island of Ibiza (no, seriously - Christian and Alan Anadon​ are the children of Mambo Group owner Javier), The Mambo Brothers know the Balearic sound better than anyone. The duo have returned with their first release since 2016 with the two-track 'Super 800' EP which'll be out on Nic Fanciulli's Saved Records on August 18. 'Super 800' is the tech house lead off the two-piece collection and is a proper, body-moving tune that'll bring you straight back to the iconic floor of Cafe Mambo.

MARCO RESMANN Flux EP 

Native Berliner Marco Resmann (@marco-resmann) (also one half of Luna City Express) returns to Poker Flat Recordings with the Flux EP. 

Something of a legend in the Berlin party scene since the 1990s, Resmann has continued to build on his reputation with ever impressive releases throughout his career, primarily as a part of his own Upon.You imprint.

Here, he dives into his deep bag of tricks and produces a three tracker of  finely-honed, emotional house music.

'Flux' is carved from razor sharp melodies and a precision drum that remains suspenseful and taut throughout, while a subtle wonkiness creeps in through wobbling synth lines.

'Airutra' is up next - a thick, pulsing groove with shuffling percussion that evolves into a true late night burner during its eight and a half minutes.

'Keep It Easy' closes the EP - a powerful, driving rhythm track that's cleverly counterbalanced with an inventive melodic loop. All three tracks are testament to Resmann’s continued presence at the forefront of house's cutting edge.

For those people with open minds and open ears, electronic music doesn’t really have borders - blurring the boundaries between house and techno is a given -creativity and experimentation without restrictions and expectations is what allows artists to make exceptional music that becomes timeless and treasured. Alex Niggemann’s AEON label is focused on conjuring up the spirit of classic and timeless music, updating it over time and creating new boundless possibilities for the future. For the label’s next dynamic release, Alex has selected 3 of his own favourite productions (that have never been remixed before) and selected 3 masterful artists to breathe a new life into them.

‘Divergent’ (AEON018) remains one of AEON’s biggest hits so far. Released in November 2015, Alex’s original version was a landmark voyage into the realms of melodic, deep techno, and there is no finer candidate to remix this classic track for the first time than Lucy. Italian-born and Berlin-based Luca Mortellaro (aka Lucy) is one of the Techno genre’s most exciting DJ/producers, and also founder of Stroboscopic Artefacts, one of modern Techno’s finest labels. Lucy and Alex’s friendship goes back almost a decade, when they collaborated on a series of releases together (a fact that is largely unknown), and whilst his interpretation of ‘Divergent’ is full of his trademark uniquely deep yet dancefloor-driven attitude, Lucy also has an inimitable ability to take a track deeper and into more abstract dimensions than his peers, creating an exceptional outcome - a bewitching, cathedral-esque hybrid of analogue and digital heaven.

Another exceptional Berlin-based talent is Ray Kajioka, whose releases on Kanzleramt (among many other respected labels) are the stuff of legend, for those in the know. With his heart firmly planted in the roots of the classic Detroit Techno vibe, his remix interpretation of ‘Convection’ (the original of which appeared on Alex’s ‘Angular EP’ AEON021) is a balletic, modern, melodic masterpiece. Warm waterfalls of layered keys flow beautifully throughout, as Ray takes the track on an unforgettable, delicate, emotional journey.

In distinct contrast, for the EP’s finale, ‘Luminance’ (the B-side of Alex’s original ‘Divergent’ AEON018 release) fires a furnace of thumping, percussive energy, laced with melancholic synth motifs, courtesy of Daniel Bortz. The widely respected, yet seldom acknowledged, Bavarian DJ/Producer is a distinctly enigmatic character, whose releases for the likes of Innervisions, Permanent Vacation and Exit Strategy, mark him out as being an exceptional artist, and the perfect choice to add his interpretative skills to this remix project.

AEON’s releases always reference back to Alex Niggemann’s roots, a platform to showcase music that stands for pure quality and originality, and this ‘Remixes EP’ continues this ethos perfectly. AEON has always been a home to cutting-edge artists, and Lucy, Ray Kajioka and Daniel Bortz continue this tradition - all breathe life into their productions with true emotion, and boldly walk their own path towards a very bright and highly creative musical future.

Premiere: Ressless - Can't See

Longtime friends Mark Fanciulli and Rob Cockerton have teamed together on 'Slave to the Rave', a raw and nostalgic tune that fills all the satisfactions of 80s Chicago while still being a clean and modern dance floor chop. With the beloved Honey Dijon on remixing duties, the Play It Say It release has received an acidic remake, an intense mixture of hedonistic and dark aural pleasure.

The ninth installment on Tabla Records comes from none other than DJ/producer. multi-instrumentalist and sound engineer. Alexkid. The former Parisian turned Berliner is without a doubt one of the most respected producers in the game. His stripped back. elegant and dubby sound-constructions have previously found their way on to labels such as Desolat. Fuse. Cadenza and Underground Quality. 

Now Alexkid has supplied Tabla Records with two of these very unique tunes. His Reset-EP shows the Kids preferences for the dubbier and deeper sides of electronic music. Both originals - Fu-Man-Chu and Reset - are delightfully bass driven. London based Archie Hamilton - owner of Moscow Records and key member of Fuse London - rounds up this three-track-EP with an uplifting and stupendous remix. that can be described as a typical Hamilton-Groove.
