Created and produced by Paula Barouh, Chilean singer-songwriter, Descargo y Maleficio was born as a profound criticism towards the social and artistic environment of her country. Armed with verses, electronic beats, and melodies, this project relentlessly and unhesitatingly recounts the most bitter and dark face of Chile, as a South American metropolis. In the midst of hostility, violence, inequality and the lack of opportunities, Descargo y Maleficio does not skimp on verses, shouts, and manifestos, to show dismay and discontent.
