Kevin Anderson has always been a House staple of our Desert Hearts Festivals these past two years. So much so that we made him a Resident DJ after the first time he played for us. Simply put, the dude is a living party and one of our best friends. We couldn't be more excited to release Kevin's debut EP as the sophomore release on Desert Hearts Records.

With 2 incredible solo tracks from Kevin, a collaboration track with Desert Hearts Records Boss Mikey Lion, & a monster remix from our friends Yobill & RYBO, the entire EP has pretty much become our secret weapon stockpile. We can't wait to share the rest of the EP with you very soon.

Time for some Techno! We're proud to share with you Ben Seagren b2b Tara Brooks just after sunset on Sunday night at our Desert Hearts Spring Festival 2014. After a blissed out Sunday day, we knew Ben was going to throw down some dark techno to bring in night. Even though some technical difficulties kept Ben from being able to play a proper set by himself, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as he and Tara Brooks threw down one of the most psychedelic sets of the weekend. You can catch Ben Seagren and Tara Brooks at our 2 Year Anniversary Festival on November 7-10. House, Techno, & Love... We Are All Desert Hearts. <3

From the first beat, he pulled the crowd into a sound that felt both grounded and expansive, layering warm, textured elements with basslines that built steadily without ever rushing the moment. There was a patience to his flow, a quiet confidence that allowed dancers to lose themselves in the space between the kick and the melody.
