Bristolian behemoth Eats Everything continues his celebrations of 10 years in the business with his latest remix project, this time turning his hand to Cakes Da Killa x Proper Villains 'ICU', featuring Hercules & Love Affair alumnae Nomi Ruiz. Released as part of Cakes Da Killa x Proper Villain's 'Muvaland' EP in 2020 and coined by Pitchfork "the most blissed out offering" on the package, Eats Everything's remix of 'ICU' readies this hip-house essential for the dancefloor. With a typically juicy bassline, tantalizing builds and jaunty horns driving forward Cakes' motor-mouthed vocal delivery, Nomi delivers the insatiable hook that completes the cut. The relationship between the DJ, Producer and Creative Director Pemax and the record label Mr. Nice Guy began around 2015 when rhythms, drums and old school style filled Pemax’s ears. 
 
Jesse Perez opens the doors to Pemax’s first release in 2018 with the track “Ghetto Boy” and to think that it all started with the track “Sound of the Streetz”… 
 
The third release is out on the label: "THE ENERGY’S UP" 
 
This time Pemax is not alone, as he has joined forces with Sisto to create their new single. This track displays how much energy and time these two have put into the studio working on new textures, rhythms and evolving their aesthetics.

WMC has passed, we're still recovering from the hangover and spring is arriving, and with it elrow Music presents another quite interesting debut in its ranks. Hungarian-born, Barcelona based DJ and producer Reelow joins elrow Music's family with a three tracker EP which sounds as cool as its name.

With two originals, this time the high rolling remix is delivered by Mendo, 'Fresh EP' starts with the track naming it, 'Fresh (Original Mix)', a steady, smooth and groovy track with a great tech-house progression, taking us back to the mid 90's thanks to its hip-hopish vocal line, that fits perfectly with the track's vibe. After, we find Mendo's remix of the title track, in which the half-Spanish, half-Swiss DJ and producer infuses the track with a happier and more carnivalesque ambience, pitching the track up and empowering both the bass and the drums, proving he knows perfectly what elrow's parties are all about. Finally, we have 'On Air (Original Mix)', a track which Reelow starts with the same hip-hop infused vibe, taking us to that East Coast kind of sound, with a lot of broken vocals, a soft, steady yet not overwhelming percussion, that will keep the crowds dancing at any time it drops on the dancefloor.

All in all, another big debut at elrow Music we were really looking forward to present, showing off some tech-house muscle thanks to Reelow. Summer is almost here. If you blink, you'll miss.
