DISTRIKT is one of the camps who welcomed us very early on. What we like most about it is that it feels like a real nightclub in the most surreal environment. Kramer, Ben and the whole D-crew are the most welcoming and incredible hosts you can imagine. They put so much blood, sweat & tears in this project. 

And what we love that you have to prepare very differently. You have to find the jams which have a great energy and still the vibes. As it’s daytime and such a big space it’s pure bliss to unite all the different kind of humans, species, stray cats & enthusiasts. The little extras like the green room are a prove of their never ending love for details. We are beyond thankful to be a part of their journey for so many years now and hopefully we are still celebrating this camp another 40 years!

I met the Groovewell boys 10 years ago through, you guessed it, the club. We became fast friends, myself just starting out as a young dj coming up through a sober 6am party called Morning Gloryville. Jake, Chris, Victor and Angel were loyal attendees as we discovered both ourselves and San Francisco, figuring out where we belonged so to speak. Soon enough we started playing parties together and lifting each other up wherever we could. I always exclaimed my proud mamma status as they gained popularity and their sound evolved. 

Skip forward to June 17th where I was featured in their limited block at their own party baby, Kamp Around and Find Out, where I found myself only wanting to make THEM proud and not the other way around.

Love you boys, and love you Never Sleep Again. I certainly kamped around and found out but hope I made you proud.
