Horizon Ep 04 — Sunset Mix

Hello gorgeous humans, 

This session was recorded live, a wonderful collab between Seeds of Prana and myself, combining conscious connected Breathwork with downtempo electronic beats. 

Our breath is a powerful healing modality, which can help the release of stress and tension, repressed emotions, bring mental clarity and can support the mind to enter into an altered state of consciousness. Breathwork is an experiential practice and self-healing modality that uses conscious, connected breathing to access expanded states of consciousness while simultaneously unlocking repressed emotions and clearing stagnant energy from the mind, body and spirit.

KATHARINA (IG: @seeds.of.prana):
Katharina is a certified Sacred Breath Academy Breathwork facilitator, a Yogalap Breathwork Coach and a Reiki practitioner. Her method is a unique blend of Conscious Connected Breathwork, intuitive movement, sound & meditation. She has been holding Breathwork sessions since 2021 and focuses on a holistic Yin approach to Breathwork - with nose-inhales for the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, a safe space/container that allows permission to surrender and express your emotions fully as they arise, trauma-informed touch, longer Breathwork sessions, more time for integration & savasana. Katharina creates a safe space, guides people to re.connect with themselves and supports them to improve their physical, mental & emotional well-being.

Whether it was growing up wandering the corridors of hindu temples or the sands of Arabia, Desert Prince has always been drawn to the traditional sounds of the world. Now he likes to infuse these memories with organic and melodic beats — crossing musical borders with lush tribal vocals, rich percussion, velvety-smooth melodies and hypnotic bass lines.

Saturday night at the dome was something else. Syncity and Psychedelic Bush Disco colliding, old crew and new crew shoulder to shoulder - and everywhere I looked, people were dancing. On the bar, behind the bar, packed onto the floor the dome was ALIVE. 

But what stayed with me most were the all the faces familiar and new coming together to dance, let go and share in the magic of it all. I felt so lucky to be part of it, and so grateful to Underland, Syncity, Psychedelic Bush Disco, and everyone who brought their presence and energy to the dome.
