Australian based DJ Pretence partners up with Cable for a big mid-tempo heater in “Deadweight.” Wasting no time, the two producers quickly build and drop a massive, head bobbing mid-tempo beat that never quits until the final seconds. Small, intricate motifs keep the beat fresh and new while the powerful bass kick continues to move the track along. Clearly this track won’t be “Deadweight” in any set it gets added to.

Established in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, Versus Design is an electronic music duo composed of XTH and Ravayek.

Their musical universe is mainly based on dissonance and harmony, merging opposite sound concepts. Between the warmth of an intimate pop and the hostility of a dystopian techno, the strength of this project rests on the search for balance between the nemesis.

More than the union of two passionate producers, Versus Design is the osmosis of contradictions, sound and image, bliss and oppression, noise and silence.
