The song that I wrote, sang and produced which made it to No.3 on Luv's X-mas chart. Got beaten by two big budget Bollywood tracks. Not bad for a song made in my living room. This song got me recognised by he Luv bosses which helped me make it to Luv as a presenter.

Literally heard satish singing from the street and threw him onto my track. I'm a stronger producer than I am a singer so why not put a great singer on my track and give someone a chance in life? Music production is about hard work and being original, not relying on production templates. If you are gonna drag a random singer off the street and make him sing against his will, at least produce something original and fresh. Who the F wants to hear a man screaming along to a person bashing a pot? lol

Producing this track was a complete nightmare for me. I was told that my sound wouldn't be accepted by the punjabi community as it was missing traditional instruments. So i tracked in a dhol and played the tumbi to give this track a more acceptable Punjabi feel. lol. Dipps Bhamra showcased it on his Bhangra Breakdown show on BBC Asian Network. Date- Sat 12th May 2012, Location- Dodgy Indian man's living room, Event- Band Jam/Practice. Not perfect or polished just jamming with the band (everyone except Raju on Dhol). Excuse my vocal, its too loud in the mix. I felt this jam session had so much 'vibe' that I had to share it with you guys. My self produced version of Nashiliya, which got played on the BBC Asian Network, is available on i-Tunes as well as my other songs. It sounds different to the live band version.

This is the first draft of Panjab Diya Kuriya which i made in 2010. Lyrics by Bakshish Chele Wala. Production, engineering and vocals by myself. It is just a draft I discovered by resurrecting the project in December 2019. This track carried me to BBC Introducing. Yeah the vocals are far from perfect but the production is tighter than a financial analyst's expenses budget. Enjoy!
