This Time a 2 hour mix fully focused on the rolling kicks and groovy Rhythm that will groove and move you on your feet and  start dancing to the beat. How you move is not important no need to be fancy, as long as it is your self expression and not some studied moves (which is fine) but only when you let yourself open and take it in. Your body mind connection from within will respond naturally and free your inner spiritdancer wether you have feeling for rhythm or not.
Thats fine just dance like nobodys watching ... 📵‼️phones not allowed. 

Leave your phone in the locker and stop making clips you'll maybe never watch them back again. Then you are missing the point. Bussy with your phone takes away the fully experience of the vibe that happens on the dancefloor.;-) but thats just my opinion.;-) Nothing more nothing less. 

Be ready and steady for some funky groovy 4 by 4 to the dancefloor vibes.  Enjoy and let me know what you think of it. Either way.
