Another terrific achievement with this album is the signing of an outstanding Vietnamese producer Vũ Đăng Tuấn alias SKULZ, the very first artist to join the label, with a fantastic remix of “No Fear, Tribute To Nina Simone” that will be released in April 2022. With this remix, SKULZ his empowering the “feeling good” energy and gives his personal touch to the original by adding revisited piano chords and melodic. Moreover, SKULZ is bringing his sound signature on the bouncy-housy bassline that creates an interesting revisited groove. A brilliant remix that is marking SKULZ's very first release on a label.

Determind - No Fear, Tribute To Nina Simone (SKULZ Remix)

Fall Forward is the funky house track produced by Determind. It’s a feeling good and inspirational song using vocal samples from Denzel Washington’s famous speech at the university of Pennsylvania, at Penn’s 2011 Commencement, on Monday, May 16, 2011

The track ideas were making a “gospel music” atmosphere with signature singers humming, and a strong presence of clap that could remind of a hand clapping, something that swing and soulful. All together, the structure is very refreshing and easy to listen to, a track to listen at home with friends or on the dancefloor.

Phu Quoc Odyssey is a melodic house & techno banger produced by MATTY, a Vietnamese DJ/Producer based in Saigon, Vietnam. The main lead was made from PRO1 synthetiser and gives the energy to the track, the melodics are empowering and we can feel a real story telling and interesting evolution through the track. The build up is effective and the bass deep! Phu Quoc Odyssey is the very first release of MATTY on a record label and it’s an amazing start!

“Bà Ngoại '' means “grandmother” in Vietnamese and is a new melodic house track by Determind. After a couple of releases in the funky house genre, Determind is coming back to the melodic world, inspired by his DJ duo with Dazed P “D&D Project''. Therefore, “Bà Ngoại'' is a brilliant combination between traditional Vietnamese ceremony "Điệu thức vàng son" provided by VTC with Vietnamese singers and traditional instruments and Determind’s electronic synths.

This project is a song that blends traditional Vietnamese music with afro, progressive House track. The lyrics are inspired by the poem and song Em Đi Chùa Hương by Nguyễn Nhược Pháp and tells the story of a Vietnamese lady going to pray at the well-known Parfume Pagoda, Chùa Hương. Lorence V and Determind produced the track together and worked with professional Đàn bầu and Đàn tranh players: Trần Trung and Thương Huyền, and vocalist Chi Chi.

After30, the dynamic DJ duo Alayna Bear and Determind, are back with their captivating new single, "C'est Coco"! This Afro tribal tech house banger has a story as unique as its sound. The inspiration struck during a holiday where Alayna was teaching Florian Vietnamese, and the phrase "của cô" (meaning "belong to her (mom)") sparked an uncontrollable fit of laughter because of its resemblance to "coco" (coconut) in French. When they stumbled upon African vocal samples that echoed this very sound, the concept for "C'est Coco" was born.

He has worked as resident DJ for many venues in Saigon, in his former owned club Arcan, Schiller River Club, the Oasis, Blank Lounge in Landmark 81, and House of Babaards lounge bar and played on international gigs as well. His sets are known to be deep, ethnic, tribal, electronic, ritual, melodic, inspirational, and dreamful. 

He gives the crowd wild energy, and you will most certainly recognize his ethnic’s vocals and powerful drumlines fabulously crafted. In fact, Determind has been producing music for 15 years and regularly plays his own production as significant momentum in each of his sets.

Devastator is an exceptional single track produced by Determind featuring Juan Anthony Reyes at the trumpet. The single track is a concentrate of groove, and party vibe: the groovy bassline made with Jupiter 8 synth, is the backbone of the track and is entirely structuring core rhythms. Classic house piano chords and rolling percussion and bells were added to the track, a smart way to highlight 80s disco heritage widely used in House music. In this nostalgic old school vibe, Determind chose a popular Rave vocal sample, « Devastating, Motivating, Complicating, Perpetrating, Hesitating, Celebrating, Dominating, infiltrating. » from the Vengeance sample pack as a tribute to its musical origins and the 2020 crisis currently devastating the world.
