We’re excited to launch DGS Live – a new collection of recorded DJ sets from within Det Gode Selskab and our events worldwide. This series is all about showcasing the unique energy, artistry, and connections formed through music, giving you a front-row seat to the sound of our community.

First up: A three-hour sonic journey from Tod Louie & A:G, two of our beloved DGS residents. Recorded during our unforgettable week at Why?Not in Zanzibar this past January, this set is a  blend of their distinct styles – House, deep house and italian house intertwining with trance, electro, acid-infused techno, and tech-house. It’s a testament to their ability to tell a story through sound, effortlessly linking their DJ bags into one cohesive flow.

Introducing Andru
Andru, Andres Nieto, raised in the Mexican Caribbean has developed a fierce passion for electronic music and an exceptional curatorship. For the past years, he has collaborated in the international platform MEOKO and participated in numerous events across the Mexican territory. Today he is an avid promoter of electronic music in Mexico and the Riviera Maya, with a newborn event series and constant participation in the region.

Andru’s mix is a journey through the refined textures of tech, deep, minimal, and dub-infused house, showcasing his unique style and some of his favourite tracks. With a sophisticated selection and precise storytelling, this mix is a testament to his exceptional taste and ability to blend sounds seamlessly. Founded in 2011 in Oslo—our beloved Tiger City—Det Gode Selskab has spent over a decade pushing the boundaries of underground house music. Though time keeps moving, we couldn’t close our 10-year anniversary without one last vinyl drop. As we prepare to enter our 15th year of unforgettable nights, DGS10Y2 stands as a tribute to the music, moments, and community that have shaped our journey.

This exclusive release finalizes the label’s 10th-anniversary festivities, delivering a carefully curated selection of tracks from our extended family of artists. With DGS-founder Tod Louie at the helm, the A1 track, Trixie, brings a deep, infectious groove—an instant crowd favorite that embodies the creative spirit and sonic identity of Det Gode Selskab.

On Side A, Trixie leads with a playful, modular-heavy progression that dances between sharp stabs and melodic synths, embodying a “devil on the shoulder” energy. Mike Shannon’s Data Missive follows, blending crunchy modular tones with evolving percussion. Side B features Since Day One by Ohm Hourani, layering hopeful synths and trippy vocals, while Karl Fraunhofer’s Protect The Party closes the record with a low-slung groove and distinctive vocal effects, telling a well-known late-night tale.

This edition features Rozin & Kahru, a Berlin-based duo whose deep synergy in the studio and behind the decks has carved out a unique space in the underground scene. Their collaboration began in the heart of Berlin’s electronic music culture, leading to residencies at the iconic Golden Gate and performances across Amsterdam, Brussels, and beyond. With their label Rokah, they push their distinct interpretation of house and minimal, crafting hypnotic grooves and forward-thinking soundscapes. Beyond their own productions, their Atrium events have brought legendary artists like Mike Shannon, Cesar Merveille, and Topper to their curated dance floors, with exciting new projects on the horizon for 2025.
