Spanish talent Deiver returns to Unnamed & Unknown with another quality EP, enlisting Mad&Meis on remix duties for ‘Are You Ready’.

Deiver is the alter ego of Dani Vars, a resident of Kokun Ocean Club and This is Torremolinos. He returns to the label with another top-quality offering, spanning two original tracks and a remix from label friends Mad&Meis. 

‘Are You Ready’ kicks off the release with a flurry of stripped-back drums and percussive drive. Fat sub-bass steers the track forwards through a sea of quirky fills and vox chops as it rides an ebb and flow of atmospheric twists and turns between weighty dancefloor-foused segments. 

Mad&Meis deliver their remix of the title cut, keeping it funky and full of life from the outset. Punchy drum grooves and endless layers of fizzing percussion ride aloft a rhythmic bassline and soulful vocal licks as it glides in and out of several climatic builds and hefty drops from start to finish. 

The release closes on ‘Timex’, bringing a swinging arrangement of instrumental flair from the off. Bouncing beats and shuffling hat sequences fly over the top of another huge bassline, intercepted by more glitchy fills, rolls and creatively processed vox samples. A heavy peak time track with endless personality and hands in the air moments throughout.

Deiver’s ‘Are You Ready’ (incl. Mad&Meis Remix) is out on 20th October 2022 on Unnamed & Unknown.

Fusing rumbling low-ends, slinking metallic drums and evolving electronic beneath hooky hip-hop samples, title  cut ‘Get On The Floor’ is a signature Rossi. track made for big dance floor moments, while ‘Mode’ is a skippy,  playful production bringing a bumping groove guided by trippy vox interjections. The B-side brings further fresh  flavours as ‘Pass The Blunt’ builds from crisp percussion arrangements and cheeky samples for a rolling terrace  number, before the slick ‘I Wanna Dance’ shapes up the package with another trademark slice of bubbling late 
night house.

Unssen Presence & Expired are the gems of this EP. 
A remix created by Iranian producer Psysha, Psy-Tech in the purest style. The second remix made by Argentine producer BOES, known for his Minimal Techno style without forgetting Psychedelic frequencies. 
All artists involved in this release are heavyweights, signed to the world's most important labels in the world of Psy-Tech and Minimal Techno.
