I am a healthcare executive completing a dual degree, Master of Public Health / Doctor of Health Sciences, focused on raising awareness about behavioral health, specifically among teens and college students. My dissertation research is focused on raising up the voice of college students beginning with communities of color. I am committed to helping people connect to their purpose in collaboration with mission-aligned leaders. Together we will achieve great things!

Our project is a first step in raising awareness about a national health epidemic. All proceeds are reinvested directly into proactive strategies for improving behavioral health among youth, teens, and young adults in collaboration with community partners.

Our youth, teens, and young adults are reporting the highest levels of loneliness on record according to the U.S. Surgeon General. Our work is going to help change that through simple actions that bring people together for the common good, focused on lifting people up, and creating stronger in person connections.

“Silent Hissin” was inspired by real-life experiences, from the hurt of trusting people who weren’t real with me. I learned the hard way that snakes don’t always crawl—sometimes they smile. Life hit me with blows, but the deepest cuts came from the ones I loved. I wrote this to release the pain and let my voice speak the truth.
Every betrayal taught me to rise stronger and protect my peace.
I had to open my eyes to the venom right beside me. This track is my healing, my clarity, my comeback.
I’m done with the fake love—now I move with wisdom and strength.
