Es war im August 2002 als unsere Heimatstadt Dresden Opfer eine nie zuvor dagewesenen Flutkatastrophe wurde. Nachdem André und Steffen, gemeinsam mit Freunden - darunter auch die gute Bandseele Schue - tagelang geholfen haben, sich gegen die Naturgewalt zu stellen, haben sie - der Pegel begann zu sinken - am letzten Abend - direkt nach der Heimkehr - im eigenen Studio versucht, ihren Gefühlen über das Erlebte freien Lauf zu lassen. Entstanden ist 'Dresden 2002'. Heute, 10 Jahre danach, ist es an der Zeit, den Song öffentlich zu machen.

Steffen & André have helped with friends - among them the great Schue - for days to stand against the forces of nature. as the level began to fall they have on the last night - right after returning home - trying to let their feelings out ... with music. The result is 'Dresden 2002'. Today, 10 years later, it's time to make the song publicly.
