They're like brainwashed lab kids of Gaster’s, and they have a rivalry against your Vessel that grows more violent each time you meet one.

Over the course of the chapter, you find and kill each one, stealing their souls in order to seal away the darkness of the CH6 "Fountain."
It's only getting darker!
