This is the "It's Raining Somewhere Else" replacement for my tired and old "Puppet Pipeline" joke AU, "Undertale: somewhere else.". Think about it, no one has ever made an AU where Chara takes the role of Papyrus in addition to Frisk taking the role of Sans, making the name an epic Sans reference!
