I was playing there alongside Syncom Data & Baz Reznik, at the invitation of Endfest. A great night at one of the nicest clubs in The Netherlands.

@labeautedunegatif est un label basé à Rome fondé par Matéo Montero aka @mateo-rawmance. Le nom du label fait sans doute référence à l'auteur Shigenobu Gonzalvez et son livre bibliographique "Guy Debord ou la beauté du négatif". Récit qui retrace la vie de l'écrivain, cinéaste et révolutionnaire français Guy Debord, qui à vingt ans bouleverse l'art cinématographique puis fonde l'Internationale situationniste. En première ligne en Mai 68, il sème la perturbation en Europe dans les années 70 au gré de ses pérégrinations et entame un cycle autobiographique qu'interrompent la maladie et le suicide. Guy Debord influencera aussi notamment le titre du morceau "Sur Le Passage De Certaines Personnes A Travers Une Assez Courte Unité De Temps" apparu sur le premier EP du label "Nlpforeva" de Rawmance.

Par la suite, plusieurs artistes se succéderont sur le label, tels que duo finlandais Toisvesi, toujours en 2014, formé par Heikki Vastiala et Peik Erhola, puis un premier V.A. en 2015 avec Neel, Rawmance et J. Alvarez, qui sera suivi du superbe EP "Maracudja" de DeViere sortit la même année.

En 2016, sort le deuxième V.A. du label, on y retrouve le Collectif Cortina Calda aka C.C.C. formé par Donato Scaramuzzi et Giuseppe Tillieci, mais aussi le producteur Cosimo Damiano ainsi que le duo Commodity Place crée par Massimiliano Loretucci et Riccardo Frosoni. Rawmance sort également sur cassette l'excellent set "Terraforma" enregistré au Terraforma Festival à Milan.

En 2017, le gallois Guy Evans aka DJ Guy sort l'EP "1993/1994 Unreleased Tracks" une compilation datant de la même période, mais aussi le troisième V.A. avec l'apparition de Penelope's Fiance et de SSIEGE.

En 2018, Daniel Pringle aka The Jaffa Kid sort l'EP "Start To End". Matéo continuera de sortir qu'un vinyle par an. Le quatrième V.A. en 2019 avec le duo italien Monomorph composé des frères Fabrizio et Marco D'Arcangelo, mais aussi Brainwaltzera, The Jaffa Kid, SSIEGE et Security qui retravaillera les drums du morceau "Mondonotte, La Mattina Dopo".

En 2020, retour de The Jaffa Kid avec l'EP "Memory Moon" sorti en 45 tours et en 2021 le mystérieux Qeta sortira surement l'EP le plus construit du label "The Time Between Us" composé de tracks allant de l'ambient au breakbeat, de l'hardcore à IDM en passant par la techno, mais aussi le remix "I Know You" de Robert Beenen aka Forlon.

En attendant Matéo Montero créa le label @458695pubblicazioni qui mettra en avant des artistes talentueux tels que Penelope's Fiance, Security, Alessandro Adriani, Raw Ambassador, Violet Poison, Diana Berti, Opfer Der Hingabe, Interface, Das Ding, Fashion Flesh, Chris Moss Acid, Juanpablo et Arcyniegas. Des mixs promotionelles de Rawmance, LKSMN et Mostly A Dancer et enfin un chef d'oeuvre new wave / post-punk "Alone With My Fear" de Alessio Di Mezza aka Strangers For Love.

"La Beauté Du Négatif" est un label influencé par de nombreux genres mais la patte de Matéo restera brute, underground et sans artifice.

Détends-Toi is the debut EP of the Parisian-born, Berlin-based singer & DJ Stella Zekri. 
Produced and co-written by Ed Longo, Détends-Toi is a sunny collection of four original songs, one dub version and one special cover, heavily influenced by Zouk, Boogie and the sound of the mid-80s French underground. Coming to you in advance of summer ‘22 the record marks also the first release of Berlin label Cosmic Romance.

With three appearances on Mathematics, and releases on Bio Rhythm, Until My Heart Stops, Isaiah Tapes and La Beaute Du Negatif, DeViere champions an uncompromising and fiercely eclectic music ethos.  Juno Plus describes DeViere's productions as exciting new mutations on the Detroit-informed side of machine music, working in dub techno influences amongst a gritty, Chicago-flavored finish that brims with curious, ear-snagging ideas.  As a resident DJ for the Progressive Black radio show, most recently on 90.3 FM WZBC, he is willing to venture from disco to house to techno and back again, all in a single set, but able to do so convincingly.
