This was constructed from various sound effects and bits of speech at a music program I used to attend.

This was recorded on my Nexus 4 at the UpBeat Music Program at the Visy Cares Hub, in the multi-purpose room. This is an instrumental version, with the piano providing the melody line (with a guitar solo at the end).

Bridges Burned (instrumental, piano + guitar) (2016)

This was written for FAWM 2019 (as part of a concept album about communication), but I've changed some of the lyrics and added a new vocal take.

My Plans Don't Come to Fruition (2020 rerecording)

This was done using the "Jazz Combo" virtual instrument on Mixcraft 8. It's split across the range of the piano; in the right hand is an electric piano sound, whilst the left hand plays the sound of an electric bass and ride cymbal.

A-part Blues

This was recorded on Mixcraft 8. The drums, piano and "feedback" sound were virtual instruments. The bass and guitar were recorded on my audio interface, with the electric guitar treated with distortion.

One Time

This was recorded on Mixcraft 8. The keyboards and drums were virtual instruments, while the guitar and bass were recorded on my audio interface.
The bass track was doubled with the other track shifted up an octave. The guitar was treated with chorus.

The drums and organ were virtual instruments on Mixcraft 8. The bass guitar was recorded on my audio interface. This was improvised; for the bass and drums, they were done in one take.

Amusement Park

This was recorded using virtual instruments on Mixcraft 8. The tracks were programmed on my computer keyboard.
The piece is composed in G harmonic major, in 5/4 time.
