Talla 2XLC, an icon of the german and international DJ scene, has started his carrier in the early 80’s. Like a lot of other musicians he got inspired by Kraftwerk but there has also been another important Band for him: YMO (short term for Yellow Magic Orchestra) who were part of the founding members of techno pop and said to be the japanese Kraftwerk. Talla owned a big part of their albums and singles but there was especially one song that he got impressed by. Almost 40 years later “Rydeen”, one of the biggest pop anthems by YMO, got revised by Talla as a trance cover and YMO Member Yukihiro Takahashi has promptly given his OK so the remake could be released. It’s not just a big honor but also an opportunity for Talla 2XLC to prove himself and create a strong dance version. In February Talla has also been to Tokyo and first tested the single on site with outstanding reactions by the japanese trancelover. 

Its different - its a hommage to YMO - its Talla 2XLC.  Enjoy :)
