Heavenly ambience — Devilsbedhead creates a lush, ethereal soundscape that envelops the listener in their world of curiosities. Highlighted by slow, gliding chord changes anchored with a steady organ bass line. “Music Box Nuns” almost touches on a timeless shoegaze sound, sans drums. Once you are lulled into the dreamlike atmosphere the found sound of a music box twinkles in the mix. The track is deeply inspired by their curated space filled with music boxes, antiques, and oddities.
