@ivvvs first EP is a melancholic balance between whispers of darkness and glimmers of light, infused with shady melodies and influenced by UK Drill, Grime and Trance.

Based in China, born in Russia, the young producer grew up with a music teacher mom and started his journey to electronic music into the abyss of the internet as a teenager before he eventually mastered the art of djing. During summer 2021 IVVVS and his friends started together to run their own parties - called Liminal - at ALL club in Shanghai.

For our 59th release, we are very excited to present ‘Rudiments’, a new album by Gooooose.

‘2022 was a strange time in Shanghai. The good thing about being locked inside for months on end was that I had had the chance to find the time to observe ordinary, everyday things that surround me and probably many other people. A pencil, socks, a packet of biscuits, vegetables, meat, or small thoughts or some feelings or emotions that last for only half of a second. They all have interesting shapes and very delicate structures, multiple layers, like some sort of primal architecture made by an anonymous person many years ago. They are constantly telling stories, however often ignored by me, or us, for whatever reason. I decided to sit down and observe them carefully, and later started making sounds for them and their stories.

Antoine Caline is an electronic producer based in Milan. In 2017, he started working on production and established connections with Italian artists on SoundCloud. He has released numerous Trap music under another name. In 2021, he decided to shift his career towards a more experimental sound, leading to the creation of numerous ambient/drone tracks and an upcoming EP.

Optionlist is a sound artist, DJ and founder of the experimental electronic label Double Take. Their USB is full of electronic grey areas, where sounds are transformed into a dissociative, surreal wet-dream. They have continually played at legendary underground venues across London such as Ormside Projects, Spanners, Iklectik and Venue MOT, as well as The White Hotel in Manchester.
