Birthed in isolation, Circles is a song that touches on the battle with your own mental health. Especially during the several lockdowns the world has had to go through and you will start falling back into old habits and feeling lost to those inner demons.

I wrote these lyrics after a really bad day and I remember sitting, crying my eyes out trying to figure out where I went wrong?

This song is really a story about how certain moments in life can either make or break you, the weight we all carry on our shoulders from these moments - that is the human condition and depending on who you surround yourselves with, you can either find the strength to keep moving forward or sadly...you can end up feeling lost and that you don't feel like you can go on any longer.

'Get Up, Kid' is a song that lyrically was inspired by Attack on Titan - one of my favourite pieces of storytelling ever and how all these brave strong characters keep on fighting, they want to be free.

Sonically, I drew inspiration from bands like Thirty Seconds To Mars and You Me At Six and wanted to write an big bombastic, high tempo, uplifting rock song.

I wanted to write a song about never giving up. When life knocks you down or there's a wall in your way then just get up, kid!
