This tense is formed with the helping verb “to be”
It’s in the present tense so no need to worry
A present participle is needed you see 
Or else you will end up sounding funny to me
Here’s an example let’s start with “jump”
Who’s doing the action? I am currently punk 
if I wanted to tell you what I’m doing listen up 
I’d say something like’ “I’m jumping over the bump” 
Or “she is dancing to funk” or “he is playing the drums”
