A #1 iTunes Electronic album, Andrew Bayer's second artist LP "If It Were You, We'd Never Leave" was a bold, ambitious statement by one of Anjunabeats' most unique and experimental talents. Named "electronica album of the month" by Mojo Magazine and described as "reminiscent of DJ Shadow's dreamier outings" by XLR8R, it was a statement that had both forward-thinking production and beautiful, emotional music at its heart - picking up support by BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe and 6 Music's Tom Ravenscroft.

The latest single to be taken from the album, "Need Your Love" captures the album at its most musical and emotional. Opening with heart-melting, gently uplifting pianos, "Need Your Love" is a summer-soaked instrumental hip-hop jam that blends organic textures and woozy electronica into a hypnotic mix.

Following his recent six-track EP for Skrillex's OWSLA, London-based Phonat comes correct with a woozy, glitchy masterpiece on the remix. Retaining the musical beauty of the original, Phonat adds elements of chip tune, glitch hop, bass and electro-funk into a uniquely uplifting mix.

Having produced countless label favourites over recent years, Matt Lange makes a much-anticipated return to Anjunadeep with the double a-side outing of "Way You Know" (feat. Tania Zygar) and "Only You".

Featuring on James Grant's "Anjunadeep 05" mix, the dark and dreamy "Way You Know" blends a deep, drum & bass-influenced approach to sub bass with complex, washing melodies and Tania Zygar's haunting, ethereal vocals. Gradually unfurling to a hypnotic climax with striking pianos, "Way You Know" is another complex gem from the Berklee graduate.

Initially beginning in a more reflective mood with melancholic pianos and organic breakbeats, "Only You" quickly ups the tempo with a chugging tech groove. Again playing heavily on emotion, atmosphere and sonic detailing, "Only You" was a standout track on Jody Wisternoff's "Anjunadeep 05" mix - making Matt one of only two artists to feature original productions on both mixes of the #1 iTunes Dance compilation.

Building on the brilliant reception to his debut “Feeling EP” late last year and his fiery remixes of Lancelot and Prides, Meramek aka Oliver Smith dials up the bass on this classy new EP. 

A collaboration with Tropixx, “Only You” is a heady blend of emotive pads and an infectious vocal hook, which, when paired with the serious low-end, packs a massive punch. A stand out moment on our recent "Anjunadeep 06" compilation.

“Bounce” is another bass heavy roller that is built for dancefloor destruction. Tough percussion and ravey stabs make way for a delicate breakdown, filled with atmospheric melodies and textured production. 

Rounding off an exciting EP is “Stepping Stones”,  which is packed with infectious melodies, rolling percussion and another club friendly groove. Accomplished production and musicality shine through in the breakdown yet again, showcasing Olie’s talent for bringing beauty to the dancefloor.
