HOPE AGAINST A WALL

A song written while struggling with relapse and toxic influences in my life. Lyrics were written in 2017 during the peak of my drug use and added to in 2023 while I was purging everything unusable in my life and mourning time and energy that seemed wasted. Sometimes burning it down feeds the soil so new life can grow. Some call it faith, I call it acceptance. Use your past as an asset, not a liability. If you learned from it, use it.
