A little tease of my upcoming EP on the very fresh Muhk imprint from Sweden. I digged a bit more in my machines so there's an overall rawer and more "techno" sound on these tunes. I'm particularly happy with "Shale Gas" where I used only a TR-808 and an SH-101 as sound sources. Let's dive deeper in the wonderful world of hardware synthesis ;-)

A wise man once told me not to worry about the records you don't sign, worry about the ones you do. So I'm not going to stress about the fact that Plastic Plates just had a hype machine no 1 record with a track we didn't sign. I'm just going to vibe how good the ones we did sign are, (and how talented this young man is).

Bob Marley said that one good thing about music is that when it hits you, you feel no pain. The a side on this ep by Plastic Plates epitomizes this. FEEL GOOD music at it's best. Put this on, take your lover, (or lovers), and go smile and dance in a field.

The b side, aptly named Sweat, is more for those late night warehouses, an appregiated journey back to the 90's where the pills had ecstasy in them and there was no such thing as 3am lockouts.
