Newcorp - Hexagone [3rd Avenue]

Colombian progressive house maestro Kamilo Sanclemente is back on Manual Music! This time he pairs up with rising talent Giovanny Aparicio and they present us with three fresh and versatile tracks.

Kicking things off with a funky and rolling builder, the title track 'Vhanir', the Colombian duo immediately set the tone for what's destined to be another chart storming record. Tribal percussion paired up with subtle dreamy arps and a catchy main theme make this one a proper head turner.

'Paper Moon' sees the duo explore a more slowed down, deeper and intelligent sound. A darker piece of work with mystique male vocals, perfect for the early night build up. Close your eyes and enjoy this one to the fullest!

With the closing track 'Brotherhood' the duo return to their peak time dance floor pleasing sound. Rolling and rattling tribal percussion, arps, synths and vocal snippets are the proven recipe for success, and a proper way to complete this fantastic EP.

GuyRo traverses the spectrum of dance music, with his sets comprising of everything from downtempo to breaks, to the tougher grooves of house and techno.

We at Pangea could not pass the tracks up when first head them, and knew that when we signed them, any remixer would have to be bigger than the tracks themselves.

After a bit of thinking, one man who stepped up during the pandemic came to mind: Nick Muir of Bedrock! And of course, Nick did not disappoint, delivering a remix worthy of the term 'Bedrockeque...'

Dexter Curtin & Marcus Jahn are Leipzig based artists who have been in great harmony since 2012. The charismatic duo has been drawing attention with their releases on 3rd Avenue / MNL (Manual Music) / ICONYC / Massive Harmony / Another Life Music / Evitative & more. Their sound is reflected in the genre of progressive house, organic house, tech house & techno.

When they first met in 2012, both felt that they were a surprisingly good fit from the start.
