The kick drum is a synthesized human heartbeat, the atmosphere is woven from the hiss of an oxygen mask, and the tension is built from the charge of a defibrillator. Each of the 10 tracks uses a synthesized EKG as its core, creating a cinematic soundscape that is both intensely human and clinically precise.

Embark on a 10-track journey that tells the story of a single shift. The album's narrative arc moves from the calm, steady beat of "First Watch" to the urgent, high-BPM drive of "Code Three" and the dramatic, arrhythmic climax of "Asystole," before finally finding reflection and resolution in "End of Watch."
