With energetic skippy hats, catchy chords, and a cool use of the vocal sample to compliment the rhythm nicely, 'Stink eye roller' immediately gets your attention. With the release of the stunning four-tracker called 'Sound System', TBX welcomes a UK-based artist Ollie Bentley to the label. The EP is made up of three original cuts plus a remix delivered by Dexter Kane. A ragged house beat underpins the title tune, which also features superb atmospheric pads, a rolling bassline, and 'deeper' synths vibrations. Next up comes 'Emergency Broadcast', presenting incredible vintage organ tones together with swinging drumming and excellent low end. Dexter Kane reworks the original song in a far more minimalistic manner, adding alien sound effects, a straightforward dance beat, and well-placed chopped vocals. Last but certainly not least is 'Check The Progression', which provides deep house vibes coupled with incredible vocals and a powerful bassline that together creates an overall ecstatic sensation.

Hugely talented rapper/singer Baby Blue is back with a brand new banger -
“Bump”. Following on from the massive success of “Magnetic Eyes” - her
recent chart smash with Matrix & Futurebound - “Bump” is Blue’s
breakthrough solo single.
The track is a fusion of emotive rap lyrics with a hugely catchy hook that
showcases Baby Blue’s impressive singing voice. Swedish super producers
Quiz & Larossi, who already have six UK number 1s under their belt, bring
their immense skills to bear on the single.
“Bump” was co-written with top songwriter Ina Wroldsen who has scored hit
after hit with some of the best-known names in pop such as Leona Lewis,
One Direction, Pixie Lott, Britney Spears, The Saturdays and Tinchy Stryder.
She also wrote James Arthur’s chart topper “Impossible”.
“Bump” debuted on Charlie Sloth’s show on 1Xtra to a big audience reaction
and much excitement from Charlie himself who said wants to make it his
Record of The Week – watch this space! Spot plays have also come from
1Xtra’s DJ Target and Choice FM’s Firin Squad.
The remix bundle features some of the hottest talent around including
Dubstep star Koven as well as Diztortion who’s been getting a lot of attention
for his work on Stylo G’s “Soundbwoy” and Lethal Bizzle’s “They Got It
Wrong” featuring Wiley.
Blue’s recent street release “Soap Box” received solid support from 1Xtra
(Charlie Sloth’s ROTW plus spot plays from Target, Viz and Nick Bright),
Choice FM (Woody, Manny Norte, Firin Squad, Ras Kwame) and Rinse FM.
Radio 1’s Huw Stephens was also a fan.
In the official video for “Bump” Blue looks every inch the superstar, poised to
take her rightful place as the UK’s first lady of rap.

DJ, producer, engineer, vinyl enthusiast, synth collector; there are many strings to Dexter's bow. Forged in the fires of the thriving London party scene, this latest endeavour from Ed Kane draws from many years' experience in the studio and behind the decks. Whilst being influenced by a wide range of genres, Dexter's music remains unique. Although you may not be able to pigeonhole him, you'll almost definitely be able to recognise his distinct sound. Often deep; sometimes dark; distinctly analogue; ever maintaining a groove lead, dance-floor aesthetic.

Dexter has signed tracks to the likes of Microhertz, Memoria, Get Physical, hedZup, Highgrade, Murmur and Fear of Flying, as well as being responsible for a solid stream of releases on his own label Shadow Sanctuary. A-list support has been frequent and gig requests have come from far afield. While his style lies rooted in London's clandestine basements and after-hours scene, Dexter is an astute and versatile DJ, capitalising on years of experience to read any manner of discerning dancefloor.

At the beginning of 2017 Dexter started Alternate facts alongside kindred spirit Thoma Bulwer. After throwing a string of illegal parties across The Capital, they now find themselves running regular events at the legendary The Lion and Lamb and managing a burgeoning vinyl only label.
