For AGES I have been meaning to do a follow up to the epic jazz mix that I did a few years ago, and for some reason the mood hit me this morning so here it is.

REALLY enjoyed doing this one, went into many different corners of the the sorts of jazz I have been listening to of late, was also super fun to do the whole thing on vinyl, not something I've done for a long, long time.

Really wanted for it to move around through the different flavours and half way through it I really wasn't sure that it would get there but in that way it does...it did.  

Had to do a double tribute in this mix (It was actually a big part of my motivation to do it in the first place) to the recent passing of the GREAT Ivan "Mamão" Conti, drummer for Azymuth and all round LEGEND of Brazilian jazz. 
RIP Maestro.
